Transitioning from Pronto to Sweeply!
Dear customer,
We wanted to reach out and let you know that we are doing some changes with our cleaning and maintenance app, Pronto.
Don´t worry!
These changes won´t affect your daily usage of the app, but you will be moved to another environment and the name will from now on be Sweeply instead of
Pronto.
What Does This Mean for You?
The transition will be seamless for you - the speed of the app might slightly improve though ☺️. Here's what you need to do:
1. Web Application: Please start using the Sweeply web application by visiting
app.getsweeply.com Your existing login credentials will work here.
2. Mobile App: Download the Sweeply mobile app from your respective app store. Once downloaded, log in with your current credentials, and you'll have access to all your tasks and schedules, just as before.
3. Note that from December 1st 2023 your monthly subscription will be charged from
Sweeply ehf. and not Godo/Flekaskil ehf.
Why This Change?
With this we are moving all Pronto/Sweeply users into the same environment that ensures quicker software updates. Rest assured, all your data, schedules, and tasks and login credentials will remain intact, and the transition will not disrupt your daily operations.
