Invoicing system improvements

These improvements will help with invoices which have not been synced into Godo Property - invoices which have been successfully created in the external invoicing system (DK, Regla, Navision) but have not been properly added to the booking in Godo. 


Another part of the release is a safeguard against concurrency issues(i.e. protection against multiple invoices created for the same lines or multiple credit invoices created for the same debit invoice).


Visible status of the invoice 

The main change is the visible status of the invoice, which is notifying the user, in case there is an issue. The Invoice tab is colored orange, so the user can see right away that there is an issue, when they open the booking. The invoice itself is also marked with an orange dot, in case the synchronization has failed. If the invoice is correct, the dot is green. On the end of the row, there is a button which the user can click on to sync the invoice in Godo and fix the issue themselves.

 

Other improvements

  • The newest invoice is on the top of the list
  • If there is an invoice which has not been synced, this one gets on the top of the list to get the users attention immediately, after fixing it, the invoice gets to it's place in chronological order
  • In case there is more than 5 invoices shown on the booking, a scrollbar is added next to the list
  • Added icon indicating invoice for a single booking vs. group booking
  • Credit invoices are no longer shown on separate lines, they are shown with relation to the original debit invoice under column Credit ID
