It is important to understand how the filters work in the Management Reports, especially if the filters do apply to your property.
The filters that are available:
Year:
You can select the year you would like to see. By default, the report will always show the current year.
If you want to multi select, please use the CONTROL or COMMAND key on your computer and select the checkbox.
Month:
You can select one or many months at a time. By default the report will always show all months.
If you want to multi select, please use the CONTROL or COMMAND key on your computer and select the checkbox.
Currency:
You can see the report in either ISK (Icelandic Krona) or EUR (Euro). You can only see financial data with one currency selected. If you select more than one currency, the report will automatically hide the financial data.
Property:
If you have access to multiple properties, you can decide if you want to see one or more properties in the report.
If you want to multi select, please use the CONTROL or COMMAND key on your computer and select the checkbox.
Allotments:
If you would like to see the report without disturbing the data in the report with allotment bookings, you can select the following filters:
Exclude Allotments: The report will exclude all bookings that have the ALLOTMENT sub-status.
Include just Allotments: The report will only show bookings that have the ALLOTMENT sub-status.
Select All: The report will show all bookings, regardless of sub-status.
If you want to multi select, please use the CONTROL or COMMAND key on your computer and select the checkbox.
Bookings with currency issues:
This filter can be used to exclude bookings that Godo Management Reports will mark as "Suspicious Amount". And you can use the filter to exclude bookings to get more accurate information. The filters that are available are:
Bookings with currency issues: This filter will show all bookings that are believed to have suspicious amounts.
Bookings without currency issues: This filter will only show bookings that are not believed to have any suspicious amounts.
Select all: This will show all bookings, regardless of being suspicious or not.
Bookings with empty customers:
This filter can be used to exclude, include or show either bookings that do not have any assigned customer.
The filters are the following:
Bookings with empty customers: This filter will only show bookings with empty customers.
Bookings without empty customers: This filter will only show bookings that have assigned customers.
Select all: This will show data for any booking, regardless of customer information.
